enabled us to create a loyal network with many of the finest architects,
engineers, planners, consultants, and contractors in the industry.

Richard Krieff brings more than 45 years of land development and
residential construction experience to the company. The Guardian
American Companies has developed projects under the names Guardian
Homes, Guardian American Development Corporation, RDK Development
Corporation, Guardian Development ---- to name just a few. Richard's
proven track record speaks for itself.

Robert Johns background is diverse. Robert has over 20 years engineering
experience and also holds a Masters degree in International Business. In
his previous career, Robert lead business development teams within
fortune 500 companies, into numerous product developments, teaming
arrangements, and joint ventures with European, Asian, as well as U.S.
based companies. Acting on his aspirations to build a business of his
own, he applied his experience in manufacturing, product and corporate
business development to found the Guardian American Companies with
Richard Krieff. After building Hidden Court Townhomes, many more
companies were created to develop many more homes within the newly
created BridgeWater Estates, La Estancia, Atlantic East, and Colonial
Palms projects. Aside from his previous career and Guardian American,
Robert's background includes construction, property management,
multi-family rental rehabilitation, as well as residential,
construction, and commercial loan brokering. Robert is a State of
Florida certified general contractor and presently qualifies the parent
company to provide general contracting services.

Bob Krieff has a long standing affiliation with Guardian American and is
a major presence in Florida real estate, having accumulated over 29
years of experience as a builder and developer, as well as serving the
professional building community in highly visible and various leadership
positions. Bob served as a Past President of the Builders Association of
South Florida (BASF); Past Area Vice President of the Florida
Homebuilders Association; Past Chairman of both the Tampa Bay Builders
Association and Builders Association of South Florida (BASF); Building
Issues & Political Action Committees; Committee Member Appointed by
Miami Dade County Commission to Restructure the Miami Dade County
Building Department and Past Chairman of the Broward County Building and
Zoning Code Enforcement Division, and Past Director, National
Association of Home Builders. Bob is also a recipient of BASF Builder of
the Year Award. Robert is a State of Florida certified residential
contractor.
